For Christians navigating decisions in their careers, studies, leadership and everyday lives
The Cornerstone
“Therefore thus says the Lord God, ‘Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone, of a sure foundation.’”Isaiah 28:16 · ESV (verify translation before launch)

We'll begin with the part of your life that needs your attention most.
A word from Dominick
I know what it feels like to need a guide.
I moved from New York to Florida to pursue aerospace engineering and put myself closer to the opportunities I dreamed about at NASA. But finding a career direction didn't mean I had everything figured out. During college, I struggled with anxiety, uncertainty and distractions. Seeking help, dedicating my life to Jesus and learning from mentors changed how I lived.
Today, I bring that experience, years of mentoring and a practical approach to helping people take their next step.

Our faith approach
Rooted in Christ. Practiced in everyday life.
Following Jesus changed the way I understand success, purpose and service. In our work, we can make space for prayer, Scripture and reflection alongside practical goals and action. We'll explore how your choices fit the values you want to live by and how you can become more attentive to God's guidance.
I will listen and ask questions, not claim to know God's specific plan for you. You remain responsible for your decisions, and you choose how prayer and Scripture are included.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding."Proverbs 3:5 · NIV (verify translation before launch)

The full story
Faith gave my ambition a different foundation.
I'm Dominick Munno, an aerospace engineer, coach and mentor. My faith in Jesus is the foundation of my life and the way I serve people.
I believed that putting myself near the work I wanted to do would help me grow toward it — and it did, technically. But college was also a difficult season, one I didn't expect. I was confused about my future, distracted by approval and experiences, and trying to manage more worry than I knew how to handle.
Through surrender, spiritual discipline, supportive community and guidance from mentors, I began to experience a deeper peace. Instead of living inside every worst-case possibility, I learned to focus on the step in front of me.
In the years since, my growth has included much more than work. I've also taken on endurance challenges and explored more than 35 countries across five continents. These experiences have taught me about courage, discipline and connection — but serving God and people is what gives them meaning.
I know how much it helps to have someone listen, encourage you and ask the questions you have been avoiding. That is why I coach. You don't need to become a version of me. Our work is about the life you are responsible for building and the next faithful step you can take.
